JD Vance adroitly defines the US artificial intelligence position, and international expectations, e.g., limiting AI regulation. I can appreciate that some people, US and non-US, may not enjoy VP Vance's talk. However, we can all agree he is smart fellow with an excellent presence and communication skills. That is, ‘you may not like what he is saying, but the message is loud & clear.’ … an excellent complement to Donald Trump.
